We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on all physical product purchases. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund within 100 days of delivery—no questions asked.
Please note: Stellory Club Membership Subscription payments are non-refundable. These digital benefits are delivered immediately upon purchase and are therefore not eligible for a refund under our guarantee. By enrolling in the Stellory Club Membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you change your mind about a physical product purchase within 100 days from the day of delivery, we will refund the product purchase price or exchange the product under the following conditions:
How to Return:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@shopstellory.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location, as instructed in the return authorization email.
Return
- Return: 30 Days.
- If you would like to return an item to Stellory, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item to request a return shipping label.
Return Eligibility
- The item MUST be unworn, unwashed, unused, or original
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.
- To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can begin the return/refund process.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please use this return shipping label supplied by us so that it is returned to the proper warehouse location that matches your order. Items shipped to an improper address due to your failure to contact us for a return shipment label are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
- Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. Items MUST be unopened and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued.

If you have not contacted us within 30 days of delivery of your item to initiate a return, your item will NOT be refunded. Stellory is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.

Refund and Exchange Policy
- All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective items will be replaced with an identical item of the same size.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video ASAP, so we can get the issue fixed for you.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
