Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfilment center the product is from.

Circumstances beyond our control (pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order - It will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our fulfilment team optimises for the highest quality possible. When you receive your tracking number via email, you can proceed to track your order on our Track your order page.

Please note that it is completely normal for tracking location information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. Whilst your tracking information is updating, it will show 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received'. Please be assured that this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at 'support@shopstellory.com'. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it. In any case, please feel free to always reach out to us if you are concerned about the status of your order.

Typically, a carrier will attempt to deliver the package twice before the package is returned.

If for some reason there is damage with your order, please contact us with:

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product.

We'll email further instructions afterwards.

Once we've received your damaged order, we'll happily send out a new order free of charge.

Yes, you are able to cancel your order with no penalty!

However, you must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating for the cancellation to be applied.

After 24 hours we cannot accept order cancellations. To cancel an order please send an email to 'support@shopstellory.com' with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Yes we do! We believe purchasing a product with Stellory should make you happy, so if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your results, we'll provide you with a full refund within 100 days of receiving your order.

Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.

Apologies for the confusion! We have recently updated our brand name and packaging, which is why some orders may have slightly different branding. Rest assured, our products have remained the same and only the branding has changed.
