Please note that it is completely normal for tracking location information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. Whilst your tracking information is updating, it will show 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received'. Please be assured that this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!

Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it.
